Introduction

Eligibility

1. Membership in the Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older.
2. The Program is available to customers in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and the United Arab Emirates. Benefits are subject to availability based on locale.

Membership & Enrollment

1. New customers can join the Program by creating an account on victoriabeckhambeauty.com. Existing customers activate their membership by signing into their account.
2. Membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred or assigned. Each member must maintain only one account.

Tier Structure & Benefits

1. The Program offers various tiers, each with its own set of benefits. Your tier status is based on your annual spend, calculated from the date you activate your membership.
2. Benefits may include free shipping, early access to products, exclusive communications, and more. All benefits are subject to availability and may vary by region.

Spend Accumulation

1. Spend towards tier status is accrued with each purchase, excluding returns, cancellations, and discounts applied. Spend is determined post-promotional offers and before taxes and shipping charges.
2. For international customers, spend is calculated based on the USD value at the time of purchase, using Shopify's international conversion rates.

Tier Review & Reset

1. Your tier status will be reviewed annually. The annual reset date will be communicated to members and may change each year.
2. In the event of a tier downgrade, members will be notified 45 days in advance and given the opportunity to retain their tier status by meeting the minimum spend requirement.

Account Activity & Termination

1. Spend is reset to zero on the annual reset date. Inactive accounts or accounts with fraudulent activity, as determined by Victoria Beckham Beauty in its sole discretion, may be terminated or suspended.

Referral Program

1. Members may refer new customers to Victoria Beckham Beauty. Referral benefits are subject to the referral program terms, which are separate from these Terms.

Data Privacy

1. Victoria Beckham Beauty respects your privacy. Participation in the Program involves the collection and use of your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Changes to the Terms

1. Victoria Beckham Beauty reserves the right to modify these Terms or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Members will be notified of significant changes to the Terms or Program via email.

Dispute Resolution

1. Any disputes related to the Program should be directed to Victoria Beckham Beauty's customer service team. We aim to resolve disputes fairly and amicably.

Limitation of Liability

1. Victoria Beckham Beauty is not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from your participation in the Program, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Victoria Beckham Beauty operates, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
